There is precedent to require bonds and the fact that the potential buyer refuses to lodge one speaks volumes of his true intentions? I don't care if the marina or hotel get rebuilt, I like TC just the way it is right now. quiet, peaceful, calm and perfect. If someone doesn't make a solid return on an investment by building the hotel, marina, casino etc. it makes no difference to me.

Maybe next time consult with the person's you intend to help/hurt before making these big decisions.
