It won't do this time, but if the fines are large enough it will make sure companies have backups in case things like this go wrong. Like maybe making sure the tow rope is in good condition or maybe a 2nd one.
So wait is this not the job of the police? or are they to just cause traffic jams as they hope to find someone unlicensed. Why a specialist taskforce to do what the police are meant to do. Or is this a public show to make people think something is being done?

Agree that people need to know that you always run the risk of losing an investment and people need to take that into account. But there seems to be no recourse when things like this happen. The company never even started, so the funds were illegally used and there should be a criminal case. however down here there is no protection for a minority shareholder so i doubt anything will happen.

What happens if this is so successful that the places on Western esplanade have to reduce staff, if Atlantis has to reduce staff, if Taxis don't get the rides etc etc and the number of all affected is greater then 500 people. Will it still be good.
