Agree that people need to know that you always run the risk of losing an investment and people need to take that into account. But there seems to be no recourse when things like this happen. The company never even started, so the funds were illegally used and there should be a criminal case. however down here there is no protection for a minority shareholder so i doubt anything will happen.
Why would he say its regrettable, rather then he is looking into it urgently and trying to get it fixed. Seems the way he has worded it that he doesn't care and has no intention of making these payments.

What happens if this is so successful that the places on Western esplanade have to reduce staff, if Atlantis has to reduce staff, if Taxis don't get the rides etc etc and the number of all affected is greater then 500 people. Will it still be good.
Isn't it obvious, the Government is run for the benefit of PLPs and FNMs. Sure when their party is in power they get more benefits, but when push comes to shove they will always get help, at the expense of the rest of us, whether in power or not.
