Costs would be the main issue. Looking online i see the population is around 1,000 (this is old though). Would putting a fully functioning healthcare facility there be worth it, or would that money be better spent opening another functioning one in Nassau. Maybe they should put one good one in Exuma which deals with the whole of the southern islands?
of course there is no quick fix, these issues have been festering for 40 years. However as you know there is no quick fix why when the rate goes down do you say its all due to the fixes you put in place?

Really? So the internment of the Japanese Americans during the 2nd world war wasn't as embarrassing. Slavery wasn't as embarrassing? What happened to the Native Americans wasn't as embarrassing? I think you have exaggerated a lot in your statement to make you feel right on. Yes Trump was bad (especially the last 8 months) but to say the last four years are the most embarrassing is pathetic.
Maybe if the traffic police actually enforced the laws people would drive better. The only law they seem to enforce is vehicle inspection. Everyday i see people run red lights and on a number of times there's a police office right there and yet nothing happens. Right now we all know you can pretty much get away with what you want. And lets not mention the fact that a huge number of cars are uninsured.
Yet again our great leaders only idea when faced with a financial crisis is to increase the amount the people pay. For NIB they never say that it shouldn't be used to fund all the Government projects for which the return will be minimal. They also never go after the companies and people not paying what they should. No lets just go after those who do what they are meant to. Like most of our past governments this one is useless.
Well the PM is one of the only people who can make this change. But i have heard this said numerous times before so i don't expect any change. In addition, why in the world has those people responsible for the Sir Lynden Pindling Estates not been brought before the courts and all their assets seized. Why should i as a taxpayer have to make those they defrauded whole? I expect this to be a typical Government response to try and quell any displeasure at what they have done, by claiming that they will fix the problem. They have said they will fix this problem numerous of times before only to do nothing ( Not just this Government but everyone of them) so nothing will happen this time.
That person with recent travel history maybe a person returning from Nassau after a brief trip Especially as the main tourist location is closed. So then it would yet again be the residents
She may have a point, however i can't help but not it is every MOE that she has a problem with, not just this one. As such i can only think she is a large part of the problem. As the schools being opened are on islands with no restrictions i can not see why they should not re-open. Or would the union prefer the islands are put under the restrictions other islands are on?
