They are only doing the travel visa for the information they get from it. They don't have the brains to realize there are other ways of getting that information.
But you still have not said how much Abaco gets back from Nassau. The schools, roads, docks, clinics, airport, BPL ( i think that plant was $200 million which even at the top rate of Real property would be 3,333 homes). Sure Abaco brings more in then others, but is it a net beneficiary or a contributor?
Its not illegal to mark up VAT as you can mark up items however you want (except price control). It is silly however as you can claim the VAT back (if you are VAT registered) and effectively you are making your price higher then it should be, which a competitor should be able to undercharge. Now if you are not a VAT registrant then you would markup VAT as you are not getting it back. But then you aren't charging VAT either (and you should only be doing about $100,000 a year in sales).
All of them? Anyway my point is just showing how hypocritical using the bible to suit peoples views are. If we were to do that we would have hourly stoning's of all the adulterers here.
Why do we report these stuff. Nothing will happen except the new government will spend money on something else. These accounting firms must love the change in government. They get paid plenty and it doesn't matter what they find out as no one goes to jail or is punished.
Maybe people haven't paid as its so hard to do so. Sure you can now email and you maybe sent your bill (i know some who got it immediately, others still waiting weeks later). Then you can go pay online but don't receive to show real property is paid, just a receipt to show you paid X amount to Government which could be for anything. Make it simple and easy and people may just pay whats owed
