$800,000 per week on 17,000 people is $47.06 per person. THats a pretty good deal if they are getting all the food they need. If its just some flour and a tin of corned beef thats not a good deal.

US Virgin is also no limit, so a $10,million home is $75,000 as against $60,000 here. The fact is the number of homes over the $60,000 bracket is small and the limit can easily be increased. Even reducing the increase to 0.25% on any amount over $6.3 million is beneficial.
