Minnis is my MP, but has done absolutely nothing for this constituency -- take a look around. And this is an easy constituency, so if he can't manage this, how will he deal with the Bahamas as a whole?

If Minnis is on the ticket in 2017, I will simply stay home. I will not vote for him. Period.

When it comes to getting their hands on money, there's no end to the stupidity of people!

Just ask yourself, why the hell would Mother Pratt be sharing any money with you to begin with? And if she already knows you, why does she need your contact information again?

This is so telling of the intelligence of our voters out there....

Who wrote Minnis's speech? It's at best, a script out of a miserable high school drama play, and at worse, a complete embarrassment. It's bad enough Dr. Minnis can't speak properly, but to give him this poorly written speech only completes the failed package.

Dr. Minnis, please step down. We cannot take much more of this posturing stupidity. .

Seriously, our airport control tower has no backup generators? We truly are a banana republic.

And instead of engaging a $1M probe of why the power went out, I can do it for free. -- Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the current equipment is old and worn out, which is why it is constantly in need of repair. With all the lip-service of reducing energy bills, why are we still persisting with these ancient fossil fueled generators? Time to invest in new energy solutions!

To those wanting to see Dr. Minnis continue as leader -- take a drive out to Gambier Village and then tell me exactly how he is a leader -- he can't even get it right in his own constituency!

And if Dr. Minnis is such a champion for anti-corruption, then why was he hobnobbing with the likes of Toogie and Bobo? Taking "free" fish from criminals isn't corruption?

Minnis must go!

How about first making COB a good college? Graduates are leaving functionally illiterate -- and not ready for the workplace. Then you can think about becoming a university -- but that day is a long way off!

DillyTree says...

Every time Minnis opens his mouth, he only confirms the reason he should never be a leader of anything -- even an arts and crafts party!

And is he saying that the FNM would circumvent the judicial department? Isn't that why V. Alfred Gray got into so much hot water -- and that Minnis himself demanded that he resign? Mr. Minnis, spouting this rhetoric makes you no better than the PLP. Shame on you!

DillyTree says...

if it's only a publicity stunt, Mr. Mitchell, then it should be pretty easy for you to clear it all up, right? Oh, so you don't like a taste of your own medicine? While you're at it, how about an accounting of all the money you've spent jetting around the world supposedly on behalf of the Bahamian people?

This one should be really simple to sort out.

1. PMH claims they have the man's appendix, and are prepared to test for DNA to prove it came from this patient.
2. MN hospital claims to have seen the man's appendix still in him and it was healthy.
3. As far as I know, each person has only 1 appendix.
4. Where is the missing appendix???

Easy!
