The F*** "your" park sounds personal, whereas F*** "the" park seems way less personal. Is this a group who has done this sort of thing before, or perhaps were asked to leave at some point before the vandalism spree? I have a feeling the perpetrators here are known around the neighbourhood and have caused trouble before. Wannabe gang tags? They need to be stopped immediately.

DillyTree says...

Seriously!?!?! We have a backward education system where D averages are something to be proud of, gangs in schools, sexual experimentation, STDs, teen pregnancies and we're worried about a game with paper and pencils? Let's get our damn priorities straight, people!

By the way, if it was a Mexican demon game, don't you think it'd be "Carlos, Carlos" ????

The dolphins should never have been captured or brought to the Bahamas. They do not belong in a shallow pool and forced to perform stupid tricks for ignorant humans. Personally, I hope everyone involved in this project loses all their money and the dolphins go free. No sympathy for anyone here but the dolphins.

The fiasco continues....

Here's an idea -- plan for a Thanksgiving/Christmas opening, just as it was for last year's supposed opening. Maybe no one will notice it was a year late!

If outside management is brought it, they must be given full reign to do whatever is necessary. Personally, I'd like to see the whole lot fired, then only hire back the ones with the required training/experience needed to do the job. No political cronies, no "friends, families and lovers", and run a tight ship. Just the salaries and overtime alone will go a long way to reducing our bills.

And surely there must be some mandate that phases out fossil fuels as the basis of our power generation to the point where by 2050 we are completely free of fuel oils. With all our natural resources of sun, wind, and ocean -- we must take advantage of them instead of just using them for tourism!

There's a surprise! A delay? Can this really be true?

What would surprise me is if the report finds that V. Alfred Gray did indeed interfere with the administrator and recommends he be fired and charged in the matter.

What would be no surprise is to hear nothing. Nothing at all. More under the rug sweeping, as is customary with this bunch. They take us for fools with the attention span of goldfish. 2017 can't come fast enough!

How very sad. Condolences to his family and friends. I do hope this accident was not caused by pressure on the workers to complete the job of getting BahaMar finished. No one's life is worth that.

But Perry Christie doesn't exactly take responsibility for his own speech -- which is often way off base and inflamatory. Classic pot calling kettle black!

John, the Bahamas government does indeed have a stake in BahaMar!

Congratulations to this group of youngsters whose achievements have made us proud! Why is it that swimming is not acknowledged and supported in the same way that track & field and basketball are? No parades or prime ministers meeting them at the airport or honouring their achievments. We need to support and encourage these young people for being shining stars in the Bahamas.
