Th bahamas GDP in 2019 was 12.83 billion not as this erroneous writer said 7.269. People should get their facts right before they write letters to be published.

Seems like your only response is to say at least Mr. Minnis is not as bad as brave Davis. How about demanding that the PM do his job and duty and face the press and the Bahamian people instead of hiding? We all know the PLP are lousy but we expect and deserve better from Minnis.

Every time I see a photo of Mr. Bannister or my BPL bill it makes me sick to my stomach. Heaven forbid the Bahamian taxpayer give this incompetent man one more dollar much less $500 million to spend. Privatize BPL immediately and remove this heavy yoke from the necks of Bahamians. A never ending record of failures and false promises only higher electricity bills. If only he would resign too.

Stop spreading fake news. American Airlines shares opened at $11.41 per share and closed at $10.64. The low for the day was $10.58 not like you falsely claim on the verge of $1!

I live in one of those sparsely populated family islands and once we have passed the 14 day incubation period there is no reason with all ports and airports closed that the lockdown can not be lifted. This ban on public beaches makes no sense here either as I rarely encountered another human being in my excursions to the beach.

What is this clown talking about? People have lost their minds. What happened to the hotel unions providing benefits to their workers who faithfully pay their dues. What happened to individuals saving for a rainy day? It is not the responsibility of government to replace these lost salaries and NIB will be broke in 9 years before paying these extra benefits. Does he want our dollar devalued, we simply can not afford this ? Doing what he recommends would deplete the NIB fund.

We need to extend this shutdown and ensure schools are kept closed, otherwise we risk losing all we have gained and may have a rapid increase in cases.
