Didn't the Unions run Workers Bank? What happened to that? More importantly why was it not successful?
Is it that the unions could not run a bank? Is it that they don't know how to run a business?
Why could they not run a successful bank and give their employees all the time off and benefits that they say that business should.
They should put their money where their mouth is and set an example and show business how it can and should be done............emmmm......let's see the big mouth union leaders do that......bet they can't.
Let us not forget Lady M and her Real Property Tax of $300,000.00 that somehow got paid very quickly. I would like to see the cancelled cheque for that.
First of all, the Police had no authority to tell the person to stop filming.
Secondly, it is well known that the horses have been abused over the years and can be seen overloaded or operating during the official resting periods.
The horse and carriage was fine in the fifties and sixties, when there was not that much traffic downtown, but it is unconscionable that they should be allowed to continue to operate under high traffic stress situations of this day and age..
I am aware that for years the Bahamas Humane Society has been trying to have them moved.
To keep them on Bay Street is an abuse and should be stopped.

Suspend them and have the investigation done. That is how it is done properly. Then when all the facts are reveled she can get on her high horse.
