The Saab 340 is designed to be able to fly safely on one engine. Turbo prop engines are very reliable so there was no need to worry.
The pilots followed the proper procedure by shutting down the engine that was making noise.
It shows that something went wrong, the proper procedure was followed by the pilots and the plane landed safely.

Over the years the government has directed investors, who have asked to invest in Freeport, to other parts of the country, mostly New Providence.
So having basically stolen the investment from Freeport they turn around and say Freeport isn't working and that they should take over.
