Just try to get the evidence against the hackers and see how far you get. Western Air has daily flights out of Andros.
Ask yourself why these passengers did not fly Western?
Probably Western was more expensive because it has to meet maintenance requirements, insurance requirements, pay license fees, pay crew a proper wage, and so on.
Maybe we need to remind ourselves that there is a life threatening risk to flying with unlicensed and unregulated pilots and planes. These are not airlines as you have to be licensed to be an airline.
May also find that your life insurance is not valid if you fly with a hacker. So don't expect your life insurance policy to pay out.
This man is always talking about things he does not understand.
It is not and never will be a "One Stop Shop". You need government approvals for too many things: Customs Bond, vehicle license, restaurant license, health certificates and so on.
Either the Tribune reporter or the person reporting for the Police are in need of a geography lesson. Chub Cay is about 20 miles south of Great Harbour Cay If the plane took off facing the east it would have come down at the western part of Frazier's Hog Cay. If it had taken off going west, it would have gone down by Chub Cay Harbour. If you are rescued at Chub Cay, you would most likely go back to Chub Cay to be airlifted to Nassau. Great Habour Cay does not figure in this.
"On Wednesday, several tugboats were called in to assist the vessel and guide it to a more secure location in the harbour because of rough sea conditions."
So why did Freeport Harbour officials allow them to dock in an unsafe place. This is their harbour they should have seen this coming.
Sounds like incompetence by Freeport Harbour management.
What are they worried about if their members have not been corrupt? If some of their members are corrupt then they should back the investigation or look like they are just a corrupt bunch of workers.
Subject to deportation if you are in the country illegally.
Subject by the law. The law requires evidence and adjudication like any other criminal case. The court declares who is or is not guilty of an offence. That is the Law of The Bahamas.
Unlike you I am a law abiding citizen. You play are a major part the reason there is so much crime in this country. You are just a lawless person.
I have seen immigration take in a very Bahamian citizen (both his parents are Bahamian). When immigration eventually found out who he was they treated him like a hot potato....idiots.
But, then again you like and support those kind of things don't you. Hope they make the same mistake with your family members. Can't wait to see how you would carry on then.
"Government only employs about 15% of workers in the country ... the vast majority of workers are employed in the private or informal sector" ...interesting..... Department of Statistics reported that 62% of the labour force was employed by the private sector.....that leaves 38% not working for the private sector. 38% is a big number.
