Well I would think that the purpose of using drones would be to gather intelligence and or surveillances. They also have manufacturers that can customize drones specifically for certain customers or jobs. Besides no. 9 has high-tech mapping capabilities and can produce quality, accurate photos and data maps while withstanding unfavorable weather like rain and snow. It can fly for about 45 minutes before it needs to be recharged.
I still give the man credit for implementing some form of policies to at least get dialogue started on this most pressing issue that has been lingering for years.
Bahamians always calling on other people to fix a problem that could be resolved through community efforts. Let's get started by having all the commenters on this page going out there and getting their hands dirty. It shouldn't matter where the source of the problem is. Fact of the matter is that the beaches belong to all a we.
I agree with the Rev on this one. Every Bahamian should take those gambling cards and cut em up. At the same time the government should tax all churches. Cause none a dem ain doin shite for the Bahamas. As far as I am concerned, the number houses and the churches are all the same. One takes money from the poor thru illegal gambling and the other takes money from the poor by pretending to care for the needy. So this fight is not about what is in the best interest for Bahamians. This fight is about how much money would be left over for the church plate after throwin dem numbers. SMFT!
Come on Mr. Symonette, the FNM had the opportunity to really get the ball rolling regarding this project. The former government also dragged their feet with the proposed development of Nassau Harbour. So lets not blame this government for what your government also failed to initiate. I think the problem is that both governments don't like to give Bahamian business owners or entrepreneurs the time of day when they come with any plan to do business in the Bahamas. These days ya gatta have small enough eyes that can be blind folded with dental floss to even be taken seriously in this country.
I always find it amusing when politicians use religion as the basis of their argument. They know just how to get these Bahamians dem all riled up. Even though I always lean more towards the FNM policies and philosophies verses the PLP dem, I can say that the good chairman is talkin fool right about now. The FNM needs to stop trying to play on Bahamians emotions and really offer an alternative to this corrupt PLP government. Cause when ya bring Christianity in it, none a dem politicians gat the moral authority to govern.
