The search should be very, very short. Please just please appoint Dr. Strachan. He has undergone his period of internship, so to speak, and it will save us a lot of money and angst. Thank you.

It is downright stupid to speak of the benefits of the cannabis trade and spin offs without addressing the costs. Look to what the neurosurgeons and neurologists are saying about the costs and negative effects from using this dangerous drug. Sometimes I get the impression that Carltonr61 is just simply under the influence of this drug when writes this stupidity.

If incentives are used elsewhere in other countries to motivate individuals to get the vaccine. We should try them here.

Unfortunately our Prime Minister has become the punching bag for every person with a gripe. He is Damned if he does and Damned if he doesn’t.

Take this case of an ill timed Labor Day Parade. When the Covid-19 infections start to increase and people get seriously ill and oxygen supplies run out, he will be Damned for not planning ahead. And when it is explained that in order to maintain the current supply as well as the supply of oxygen in the pipeline is the reason why the parade was ill advised at this time people will sing another song. They say he is this and that. And every Obie, Tribanon and Janet will try to pull him down.

Have we not read about or seen what is happening in India? It was precisely because Prime Minister Modi failed to stop mass celebrations at traditional festivals that India finds itself in the sad state it is in. Try as he might, Prime Minister Modi cannot turn back the hands of time.

So those individuals like Mr. Ferguson who is using the opportunity of the Labor Day Parade to generate business for his legal practice should stop and put the health of the public above and beyond his pocketbook.

The Prime Minister has once again shown true leadership. And irrespective of what his usual detractors will prattle. he did the right thing. Thank you Prime Minister Minnis.

My goodness. Wow. Mr. Cooper has collected every available negative and critical cliche to describe and dirty the soundness of the prescient Budget. It is unfortunate that he forgot one fundamental of economics, which is : a Budget is a projection of the future, ceteris paribus ( all other things being equal). It is the best alternative under prevailing conditions. He forgets this basic principle and purposely overlooks all the wonderful strategies our Government has deftly deployed to address the unpredictable disasters it was forced to tackle. Come on give Jack his Jacket.

This gentleman offers absolutely nothing of substance in his critique. One would be forced to say that what this man said about the budget is akin to two women cussing each other out at the Craft Market. This is the level of his lack of intellectual sophistication. Our nation deserves better.

You cannot Go into parliament when you are high on marijuana and expect to earn the respect of your colleagues. This is embarrassing.

Our Prime Minister is second to no other Prime Minister when it comes to ethics, morality and education. All previous Prime Ministers were deficient on all of those parameters. Now we have a leader for the times and an icon for the nation. Say what they wish, we love you Prime Minister. We trust you. We know you will take us to the promised land of prosperity, democracy and decency. Thanks.

Now these are genuinely sincere and compassionate efforts by a concerned Government that reflect foresight, insight, prescient planning and a focus on the people from all sectors and strata of our nation.

Never has there ever been a Government in the Bahamas with such strategic thinking in response to disasters like hurricanes and the pandemic. When the history of this period is written it will be said that without the leadership of our Prime Minister and the presence of the FNM in power our nation would have sunk to the level of Haiti. God forbid that we would ever see Bahamians becoming illegal immigrants in the USA. My fear was that that would have happened and could very well happen under a corrupt PLP Government, destruction of our moral and ethical values notwithstanding.

God bless you Prime Minister Minnis.

Could someone please tell me what value is derived from smoking or eating marijuana? Absolutely nothing. What are the consequences from smoking marijuana? Wild unfulfillable illusions, hunger leading to gluttony, trances where individuals become spaced out zombies and the list continues. As I am urging try meditation and yoga, exercise and prayers. I bet you our nation will be transformed. Let’s give it a try.
