no moorings monopoly should ever be granted by way of long term seabed leases to any single investor group of the pm's cronies and financial-backers where most of the proceeds collected from moored sea vessels end up being pocketed by the crony investor group with only a token morsel going to the public treasury.

our more corrupt and incompetent politicians have a track record of deliberately mismanaging many things within government so that they can award their favoured cronies and financial-backers with monopolistic public-private-partnership schemes intended to unjustly enrich the favoured few at great cost to the bahamian people and taxpayers.

nothing this most corrupt two faced joker says should ever be believed.

here he talks out of one side of his mouth about his great concern for our "pristine" marine environment surrounding the exumas, all the while promoting out of the other side of his mouth toxic space tourism, i.e. environmentally harmful rocket launches and rocket booster recoveries, that even florida and california are most concerned about along their coastlines.

the people need to cry out loudly for the replacement of davis as pm and cooper as dpm. these two are by example setting the tone for the corruption that now exists throughout all levels of government and which is literally killing our country by greatly growing the hugh divide between the very few "haves" and the very many "have nots" in our society today.

Nothing will change under the FNM. In case you haven't noticed, the political ruling class in our country have transformed themselves into a "5-year-on, 5-year-off uni-party" of the most worst and most destructive possible kind.

That fact that so many young Bahamian women must now be de facto prostitutes in order to survive speaks to the poor governance and corruption that have devoured our small nation. Too many women today are made to endure shame, hopelessness and despair that no woman, especially a mother, should ever have to experience. Meanwhile our uncaring and corrupt politicians along with their greedy wealthy friends continue with their destructive non-stop campaign of raping, pillaging and plundering of our small nation for their own exclusive benefit.

We need to put a stop to the theft of public (national) assets by way of P-P-P deals engineered by the likes of Tony Ferguson that are intended to unjustly enrich greedy cronies and wealthy financial-backers of certain corrupt politicians. And these corrupt politicians are usually not the least bit concerned about wrongfully and illegally creating de facto monopolies to national assets that greatly harm (rob) rather than serve the public's interest.

You're a racist idiot of the worst kind.

ExposedU2C says...

Yup. But the PLP snubbed its nose at the will of the people as was expressed in a duly held national referendum that Vomit Christie later wrongfully (and illegally) claimed was nothing more than a non-binding public survey.

> Mr Davis said ........ that his government is committed to developing a new national strategic plan for mooring management.

> He said mooring arrangements have traditionally been handled ad hoc within the existing legal framework but suggested this must change.

You can just hear greedy Tony Ferguson and others whispering in Davis's ear that he should simply ignore the law and the voices of all Bahamians concerned with this most corrupt and blatant abuse of power to unjustly enrich his financial-backers and cronies in yet another monopolistic giveaway of national assets belonging to the people disguised as somehow being a Public-Private-Partnership (P-P-P) that serves the public interest. What a joke!!

And why hasn't the FNM opposition insisted the Office of the PM produce all of the bogus documents behind the now aborted corrupt moorings deal showing who signed them in the dark of night with the nerve to hold them out on discovery by the public as somehow being legal?

By the way, why has the FNM opposition gone quiet about the blatantly corrupt and illegal deal whereby Tony Ferguson is purported to have engineered the transfer of monopolistic control of our nation's entire electrical energy sector to a greedy wealthy group of marauders led by Snake for mere pennies on the dollar of the value true of the national assets given away? This yet another most corrupt and illegal P-P-P that must be undone!
