In sensible countries a portion of every lottery house ticket goes to a state charity who distributes the money. Over here it is the opposite and yet we wonder why certain things are the way they are.
So if they were to hop on a flight to Canada there no alert to notify that flight risk criminals are present? Or is he saying they don't have intentions to track them.

We need an expanded US Terminal. Its embarrassing that passenger/flight numbers increase yet the people who are supposedly excited for these increases are caught off guard by the demand.
A aircraft shouldn't wait 20-30 mins on the tarmac for a gate.
