let you in on a little secret, "these are conceptuals before the Hilton deal want down ...because the FNM lost the Government and the investors don’t have confidence in the PLP" so they down sized the development plan ...don’t tell anyone, ok.

a few years back it was being propose that the Government of The Bahamas purchase these properties from Kelly dock to Symonette's and develop what would have been a true little city in the city ...the design was massive, feeding directly off cruse-passengers which included:

Multi-story Tube Underwater Aquarium, Apartments, Docking for Luxury Mega Yacht, Helipads, a Business (butler) Hotel and a Bayside Marketplace. The area has world class potentials and should stay in the ownership of The Bahamian people considering its location as the countries gate way.

The boy who cried wolf is at it again, last week he said (. “I impressed upon them [the bank] that there is to be no compromise on paying the Bahamian contractors, who are owed significant sums of money, on a dollar-to-dollar basis.

Now today he is saying (we want all the Bahamian contractors to be paid **hopefully** dollar for dollar.)

I am feeling sick ...going to the toilet to vomit.
