There was and there is corruption, those are no more allegations because an investigation was carried on and the results are probed...,and for so many decades a lot of millions of dollars have been stolen by members of cabinet for there own personal gain under big time impunity. They must be removed from their post and arrested immediately plus returning the money back.
An embassy here and an embassy there do not give "The Green Light" to sell the sovereignty of the nation and pimp an ex-patriot with a native female for a large-additional amount of money not reported to the national treasury. This form of "kick back corruption" must have an immediate end in all government and private instances .

Oh,boy!.
Police always appealing to members of the public for information without giving any witness protection and always present themselves to the scene of crime by a very high numbers after & not before the crime is committed and on top of that they continually fail to address "minor complaints" as a way to allow the people to get justice in their own very hands creating a huge public safety problems. All of these and other factors are beefing up a culture of murders in The Bahamas ,which could only be significantly decreased
by them ( the police) exercising the right approach to prevent crime rather than solving it because if they prevent,there's not need to solve them.
These are some right approaches:

A) Address "Minors Complaints" immediately .

B) Fix police presence in a proportion of ONE to SEVEN ( 1 : 7),this mean..,one police officer for every seven citizens so we can have Police Officers...,everywhere....Including public parks,Bush areas,beaches,streets,etc. Except in your home without your consent.

C) Establish,without any warning,sudden "police checking point" to take out of the streets anything that look like crime such as illegal immigrants,guns,drugs,fugitives persons,etc.,etc.

So many others,good approach to mention in order to fix whatever is wrong.

The Crown needs to interfere in order to define the name of this place, The Bahamas or Bahaiti? As The Crown is the Head of Estate and all of these overwhelming evidences of corruption perpetrated by Haitians on both sides for so long : the ones already infiltrated on the right or known side and the side where The Majesty's picture is,the one on the local currency ,are really making The Crown to look very bad.
I am very confused. Which name is,by the facto,the truth name : The Bahamas or Baha-iti ?
I wonder why corruption is so abundant here and there or there and here,which one?
The fact of the matter is that infiltration is at all levels of government and private institutions and is so deep,difficult to separate like the mixture of coffee & milk. This is why the real McCoy should come up : Zero nationality in the whole Planet in order to start appreciating,respecting and admiring others people languages,cultures,religions and places of origin.

Ok. Both parties PLP & FNM have been served the nation with so much "Wrongdoings than good doing" and this is because their leaders put their personal interests much more above the nation's interests so obvious . I invite anyone to go back,in time, and just "eyeball" parties leaders' behavior from starting to outgoing time then coming back and repeating a more severe cycle of abuse in detriment of futures ,innocent generations.
All of these actions are committed under an apparent big time impunity so far because of ignorant people's complicity and lack of courage to combat corruption and establishing decency,dignity,respect,civism and nearing all moral values.
Both parties shed overwhelming evidences of corruption during and after exercising elected and appointed public posts with all sticky fingers on action around "The Coockies' Tank". These parties leaders seem to perpetuate these ugly activities of abusing the public pulse without any remorse .
Where are we going from here.?
I would recommend :

1) To arrest,immediately, "The Gang of Four" and their immediate collaborators or accomplices. It's very easy to figure out who they are. Let's make them to bring the money back to the fisco or public pulse or national treasury.

2) Let's claim to "The Crown", this mean to The Qween Of England as The Head Of Estate,to do their part and help us to stop this perpetuation of wrongdoing : Corruption,murders,abuses,Humiliations,Victimisations. This list can go very long.

3)Let's do some political reform,starting by making some changes about the composition of Bahamian Parlament and CREATE there,at least, four seats only for emerging leaders so we always have somebody in those seats,to challenge the PM and his government. Any well depurated,Bahamian citizen could be able to register and run for those seats even if they get very minimum amount of votes in a general election. Those seats will be reserved only for properly register Emerging Leaders. They don't necessarily need a party,they need votes.

4) Let's make it,constitutionally mandatory,for every six citizens living in The Bahamas,we would need one Police officer in order to keep The Bahamas Safe.
This will be a ratio of 6 : 1.
So we can have police everywhere exercising best approach to fight crime and taking illegal guns from the hands of civilians as well as illegal immigrants,drugs and all kind of criminals without any distinction.
Let's get the country back !!.
We deserve a real better.... Bahamas!.

There is no doubt that the RBPF usually extra-limits its functions or scope of actions also in detriment of human rights not only on traffic cases but also in common cases at levels of neighborhoods ' Police Stations where overwhelming wrongdoing activities take place on DAILY basis. From faking complainants ' arrests and establishing illegal profile by forcing people into a wall just to take pictures of their faces,fingers prints and so on in flagrant violation of their human rights and in some cases gangging and gangstering people also nearing history of Police officers murdering people in the same police stations.
Humiliations and violations of human rights take place very often in some police stations in New Providence,The Bahamas,and any search will shed overwhelming evidences with obvious lacking of human dignity & respect. This is disturbing,humiliating,disruptive of normal society,unacceptable and must stop immediately.

This is very alarming,a true source of crime and unacceptable abuse all against femail gender.

Boy,! I want somebody to tell me where the VAT-Money is going?. The government is not transparent regarding the amount of money they collect daily only from VAT. The PM (Mr. Perry Christy)who introduced such tax went extra miles,persuading and explaining, with long details,the potential sources of income and he mentioned the various thousands of boats,(among many others things),who parks all around this Bahamian Archipelago got to pay vat even while parks out of any Marina in the family Islands.
How much Money the government collect daily only from vat? The best kept secret in The Bahamas,is not longer Inagua . It is the accurate answer to this question.
Eventhough this current administration added or increased VAT more than double,still not improvement in goods & services. Still not sidewalks,in the huge majority of roads,crime still happening by wholesale,too many holes on the streets and Absolutely not transparency in managing the public pulse.I
Where the vat-money is going?
The government should provides all amenities including available parking lots, beside dignity & respect.
Also they(The Government) should ensure that "The Law is Equal to everyone even if in fact everyone is different,the law should be equal.
All these members of cabinet are serving themselves first ,with the big spoom and displaying too much pomposity with brand new shades like The Blue Brothers ,money hungry people with sticky fingers.

They really,in a huge way,keep failing in identifying or taking the right approach to crime,I mean from prevention stand point because "Prevention is Better than Cure. : This is saturated Police presence everywhere,even in the bush; addressing Minors Complaints ASAP (As Soon As Possible) and not enfacising so much cooperation from the public because they do not give witness protection. Also not giving unsolicited disinformation to the people they serve.
A) Police Presence:
visible & invisible,on foot patrol,on board of Mark and unmarked police cars,in skates,in bycicle ,motorbike,even police's eyes from a drone camera,group of Police officers in full uniform including body camera,their machine gun and equipment or w/Police Paraphernalia in different public parks,during the day,advising the children while they play,some of the Officers posting as Clowns & Santa Claus etc,etc. All they need is to identify The Proper Approach to prevent crime first because they already know how to solve it.

Fredericka Mitchell's Acts while posting anywhere in the government should be audited including his?/her time in Immigration with so much overwhelmed evidence of corruption or wrongdoing found by this current administration upon coming into power,specifically and especially the public money she spents on deportation of Haitians immigrants and money reported to the national treasury by concept of Work Permits. Also all the overevaluated spent of Public Money while traveling abroad as Minister of Foreign Affairs with a huge delegation of selected friends and co-workers. Yes !. We the people,needs to hear,publicly, more about those acts of integrity,information,disclosure and so many others things.
