Incredible, and they come by the thousands every year. Really they should not be able to survive here at all, they keep coming because people are giving them jobs/money and the government lets them squat on land. Just make it so it's impossible for them to find any work at all or a place to live and they will stop coming here on their own cause they'd find themselves starving to death on the streets. Stricter penalties for business that employ them, start putting people in jail.
Just absorb the entirety of Haiti into the US then, there's only 14 Million of them or so, just put them in California somewhere. Take the others from South America too. Lets watch America go down in flames.
