Black Americans kill each other by the thousands every year and nobody, including BLM gives a damn, but you let a White man kill a Black man and it will be all over the news, even if the Black guy was a criminal thug. If you look at FBI statistics Black on White crime in the US is overwhelming more than vice versa but Whites aren't complaining. Black Americans are like 13% of the population and responsible for over 50% of the violent crime.

Better to use that money developing a family island that can take another 100,000 people, like Andros, build it up with a long term goal of moving the capital there one time.
