Dear former PM Ingraham and DPM Symonette. Stay home. We need to be moving forward and the future isn't yours. It doesn't belong to Christie, Davis or Minnis either. We need to find some political leaders for the future of the Bahamas. I am sure you see the mess we are in, but your coming back helps no one. Your service has been noted. but in the front office- it is done.

Good to see this. The second independent to declare. And there will be more. He is running against two compromised people- BJ 'Needed to retire yesterday' Nottage and the Leonard "the contractor that can't finished anyone's job" Sands. He is guaranteed to get the fed up vote for sure.

Greentea says...

I think it has been established that the No vote was a combination of 'reasonings' not one. And the No campaign was definitely one of at least six other reasons people voted no. They should own up to that role- not blame someone else- and take the licks they get- whether they are from the tongues of those who supported their efforts, or from the sticks of those who believe they set the country back. My stick is ready.

What would even look like to have a country run by non-lawyers? My Lord, I am starting to see paradise again. But Emac you have already unpacked the strategies of the PLP with the so called grassroots. They will tell them - WE for you! These light skinned elite Bahamians are not on your side. Forget that Christie light skinned and the fact that they ALL are incredibly wealthy themselves on the backs of poor black people they despise. If the 'grassroots' believe that lie then we will be the victims of populism rather than prudence in 2017 and our goose will be cooked. I live in hope.

Minnis/Turnquest - Christie/Davis or Butler/Sands? My fellow Bahamians- It is Butler and Sands all the way! Come on voting members of the FNM- I belong to no party so I have to depend on ya'll to do the right thing. This is a winning ticket.

Greentea says...

They have to put in money to make this work. BEC had none and maybe BPL overestimated their abilities since it doesnt seem as if they want to put their money in either. we are pretty much f'ked. Buy your generators my fellow Bahamians. I was mad as hell the day I had to succumb and write that checque but had to do what I had to do to stop a house full a hot angry people on a hot as hell humid Bahamian summer evening from turning on each other.

His breath must smell to high heaven cause the only thing flowing from his mouth is bulls$$t! GO AWAY!

Greentea says...

I know this may seem like anarchy- but the best thing to happen to Bahamar would be for it to be blasted to oblivion, erased from our memory, hopes and dreams- and the property be redesigned as its own integrated town, with smaller hotels, restaurants, clubs, etc. The days for this kind of large scale hotel model in this country are done. Chinese aren't interested in filling the place anyway. Remember Our Lucaya?

He f'd up on a national stage- in a constitutional referendum no less. He should be fired- or at least reassigned. But incompetence is ok in the Bahamas. And not one person seems to have any shame. No consequences.
