I don't think he was prepared for the unreasonableness and silliness of Bahamians nor the reality of the job after dorian and covid. He should of ran for local govt like he said he wanted. Like .... said anyone getting into Bahamian politics looking for thanks, for Bahamians not to say things about you that find expedient in the moment, straight out lie, shouldn't do.
I wasn't no overwhelmed by this slate of MP's either. Ironically, for me it was the persons associated with FNM who aren't MPs, and apparently who they always talking about in a negative fashion, that I found most helpful, honest and competent.
Did anyone notice the solar panels and generators, the materials marked with foreign ngo’s monograms? I am curious to watch the news tonight. People said the ngos were facilitating/assisting, I recal some of the comments that that was nonsense. I believe I mentioned documentaries on YouTube where they asked the filmmakers to blur there faces because they were asked not to aid migrants in rebuilding illegally. International ngos don’t care about your immigration views, they think it is racist and a breach of human rights.
However, Mr Francois’ statement is a little alarming and threatening. I don’t think anyone is trying to leave these residents homeless, but u gotta do things in decency and order and in compliance with the law.
I live in his constituency, I don’t consider him to be a stellar MP. I can’t say that I am disappointed. I never considered him a potential candidate for PM. I am excited to see who will come and what their ideas are for the future.
True, pre covid I thought kfc closed at 11. I would imagine They stopped taking orders after a certain period anyway. So I’m wondering how much sales they lost in this time span - or is it less ppl buying kfc for economic or health reasons? would opening an hour early mitigate? Are other fast food chains feeling the same pinch? For example does it have anything to do with competition, are more ppl buying bamboo shack and Popeyes. Is the competition feeling the same need to downsize?
Sigh, typical Bahamian man. When did I suggest that? You and your ilk only understand abuse and ignorance. So here we go, If you were capable of reading to comprehend you would grasp that I asked a question. It is ok, I understand that you are only capable of engaging in discourse with persons who agree with whatever opinion you hold.
You really think 2 hours of potential sales at a fast food restaurant was the thin line between firing and retaining persons? I am seriously asking, seems a little questionable to me. Why not open an hour earlier - I honestly believe ppl would buy Kentucky 10 or 11 in the morning, why try and boost online orders.
You mean he played all of NewProvidence, from the politicians and Bahamian employees he had who obviously participated and turned a blind eye. Did you watch the doc, did you see the grown Bahamian men letting him talk to them like children, talk about Bahamians, serving and pouring the liquor at the parties
Lol, standup for what, being a buffoon, wanting a new office in this economy, demanding hoa have its own budget for him to control, his disrespectful powder puff man rant from the chair of our parliament, his misogynistic rants. Furthermore, he had to know he wasn’t getting renominated after the new providence incumbents were announced and he was not named.
