Yeah let’s see how much is collected from the fines and what happens to those who don’t pay. So full of sh-t!!!! How wonderful it would be if we actually functioned this way and there was accountability across the board, but that’s a fantasy land dream in this country.
Set high expectations, instill and insist on ownership and accountability, beginning with your leadership team. Have zero tolerance for mediocrity and substandard performance, and have the spine to terminate poor performers, and you will have done more than change the culture. Let’s look back a year from now and take a temperature reading.
Privatize the airline and get OUT of the airline business! It’s been a flawed business plan for 44 years and no matter the government in power, they FAIL to see the obvious! By the way a generator problem has absolutely nothing to do with a weight restriction on an aircraft. Just sayin’!
