Obviously you are referring to yourself about Facebook facts and people who are never been in science class. You are obviously an idiot, yes a stoopid one when it comes to facts about Covid and those about vaccines. The most renowned authority on Covid, Anthony Fauci says NONE of the vaccines are effective against the Omicron strains. Virologist in South Africa says ‘Omicron sees the vaccines as a foreign substance in the body or as another virus. It binds the vaccines and renders them ineffective then the Omicron variants establishes its own immune system and prevents the patient from being infected by any other strains of Covid 19. How stupid do you have to be to see it is futile to continue vaccinations whilst omicron is the dominant strain? If the vaccines are ineffective against Omicron then what are you vaccinating against. Let me guess… polio or yellow fever.. sounds about left or should that be right? And I did not use the word ‘idiot’ lightly .

The next vaccine surge will come closer to Easter when Bahamians beill want to travel to the US for those pagan Easter Baskets and other things. Whilst over 50 deaths are still under investigation for being possibly Covid related, many vaccinated people around the world, are dying from seizures and heart failure that may be vaccines related. The request for approval to vaccinate children under 5 years has been withdrawn by Pfizer because the required dosage was unsafe. And many virologists ( who are not on the vaccines manufacturers bandwagon , some on this wagon are Bahamians) are suggesting a postponement of vaccinations and booster shots as they are not effective against the Omicron and can possibly do more damage than good. They strongly believe that patients who get vaccinated or take booster shots after recovering from Omicron increase their chances of getting te-infected. Boosting your natural immune system is the best defense they contend.

Most of the ‘Get Vaccinated or Die or take the virus home to your family and friends and kill them.’ Saga was a lie. Do you know many of the lesser vaccinated populations in Africa and elsewhere suffered less infections before the Omicron variants and less deaths during the omicron wave? He much of the ‘get vaccinatedcampaign’ was actually a money take-in scheme or a highly elevated fear mongering ploy?

Firstly what Danny Sumner should address is how collects TWO sets of taxes on almost every item that is imported into the country. Customs duties and VAT. In fact Government collects tax on a tax. The VAT is calculated after customs duties are levied on imported items and so government, in reality, collects over 45% tax on most items, 75% tax on car parts and over 109% tax on some items like cigarettes, alcohol and bed mattresse.
.
.
What Sumner was alluding to , maybe, was when a retailer acts like both the retailer and wholesaler and imports goods for resale. By doing this and bypassing the middle man, that retailer is able to realize certain economies of scale and the items he imports are much cheaper than if he had bought through a wholesaler. Of course this retailer does not pass all the savings on to the consumer and, of course, he is justified in not doing so because he takes additional risk. Has to outlay additional cash that may involve bank loans or overdrafts and additional handling of the goods. So , of course, his mark up is higher but his nextt price to the consumer is less.
.
.
Another thing that is happening in The Bahamas, not necessarily with food, but with items like clothing, shoes, electronics, car parts. Importers are bypassing tge US markets and bringing goods directly from China especially, Japan and South America, Even Africa. By doing this, especially with Chinese goods, these importers avoid the high trade tariffs imposed on Chinese goods. Especially those that were imposed with former president Donald Trump’s battle with that country. So some prices of items of clothing , electronics and furniture have come down and many customers who shop for these items abroad do not realize the are actually paying more because they don’t take the time to calculate the freight, duty vat, insurance etc., when they import items. Even the prices of car parts are lower but remember now that government collects 55% duty on car parts plus 20% vat calculated after the customs duty is added.

Do you think most Bahamians know or understand what it is about? And the benefits and disadvantages of being a republic?

“What does this mean in simple language?’ ‘ We had two referendums and what is so ironic about that fact is that we have more females on the voting registrar than males, but yet still we have on two occasions an attempt to amend our constitution to entrench the concept of gender equality fails. So we have to devise and this is what this government is doing. So, looking at domestic laws and seeing how we can level the playing field so as to ensure that there is gender equality.” That government intends to go against the Will of the people ?

So what does Davis plan to do? Take some of the de facto rights from women and give them back to men ay? Everyone knows The Bahamad is a matriarchal society ran by women. Many homes are run be single parent mothers and even bwhere there is a two-parent family, many of them are ran by the female parents. And that is how one obtains political power in this country. Pandering to the female. Capture her and she will bring the males along. Fathers, grandfathers , husbands, sons uncles. And that is why there are so many dysfunctional and criminal-minded males in this country. The men are displaced. Everything is feminized starting from politics, the school system, the social services and most of the work environment. Even the church. So men must tiluck it in, put on the tight pants and slippery shoes and go to work on ‘tippy toes’ or become a menace to society to maintain his masculinity. And it was all by design you know. Take the males out of the home, out of the family out of the f society out of the workforce and you will have a failed state. And many women, even though they will enjoy the power for a short while, will admit they don’t like being forced to function without the authority of the male. Especially those who try to raise young men and fail miserably. They

When your government threatens to increase taxes or implement more aggressive ways to collect taxes while the country is still in pandemic and many haven’t even started to recover yet, then you read of all the wastage of public funds, mismanagement of public funds, t’ief in of public funds, sweetheart deals on the taxpayer dime. The Bahamas ain’t a real place.
