Seems like the opposition parties are falling into place and gearing up to do battle against the PLP. All the fringe parties are falling away or joining forces with other parties. Only Loretta Butler and her six rebels seem to have been left out in the cold. She is an excellent politician that always makes valuable contributions to house debates. Hopefully the F.N.M will find room in their tent (and forgiveness in their hearts) to welcome her back home again. If the FNM wins the government and, if she doesn't win her seat, maybe Minnis will consider making Butler-Turner, leader in the senate.

A double murder of two, young, bright, promising and, by all means, innocent children. Their lives snuffed out even before they got a taste of it.. The police should spare no effort to find their cold-blooded, heartless murderers. And they will. Keep praying Bahamas!

Yes after 400 years of slavery and being whipped, and crossbreeding and families being broken up and scattered, married women being raped by their slave masters and men being forced to perform on unsatisfied white women knowing the end result will be their death and having to eat pigs intestines to survive..we are still alive. What else do you want from us @sheepbummer Behold! our redemption draweth nigh!

And who did all the sculptured rock work and pools and the masonry finishes on the building..? Tell me what part I made up ..because your credibility is incredible. And Bahamians were also involved with the tiling marble included, so why you trying to t'ief our props? Can you give the link to the study about whipping children. I bet you can't.

If they were going only by the picture that was posted on Facebook, anyone with the smallest once of common sense could see the picture was "photoshopped.". If the police really wants a case they should investigate who is...nev'r mind

Homosexuals, just like sweethearts and harlots have been around since man came to know of his sexuality. The protest is not against gays, per se, but against gays wanting to partake in a holy Christian ceremony that God says should only between a man and a woman, holy matrimony. In the Bahamas and the Caribbean homosexuality has always been taboo and while it is tolerated, it is not promoted. In fact when young men or women get the urge to be flaming in that lifestyle, they would to flee to the US where they can have all rights and priviliges afforded to them. Not only is gay marriage being promoted by the US, but many prisons are encouraging same sex relationships. Of course when the inmates are release they continue in that lifestyle. And since America's new immigration policy requires undocumented immigrants to be deported on their release from prision, that lifestyle, as being normal, is exported with them.

@Cobalt..the fire is symbolic, and you're right they will not be able to put *that* fire out. And **cobalt** is the color of the hottest part of the flame..the eternal fire no man can extinguish.*Let him who have ears, let him hear*

John says...

They shouted to the Lord and said, "O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you judge the people who belong to this world and avenge our blood for what they have done to us?"

John says...

3 All your children will be taught by the Lord,
and great will be their peace.
14 In righteousness you will be established:
Tyranny will be far from you;
you will have nothing to fear.
Terror will be far removed;
it will not come near you.
15 If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing;
whoever attacks you will surrender to you.
16 “See, it is I who created the blacksmith
who fans the coals into flame
and forges a weapon fit for its work.
And it is I who have created the destroyer to wreak havoc;
17 no weapon forged against you will prevail,
and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
and this is their vindication from me,”
declares the Lord.
