So now I have sworn not to be angry with you, never to rebuke you again. 10 Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you. 11 “Afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted, I will rebuild you with stones of turquoise,[a] your foundations with lapis lazuli. 12 I will make your battlements of rubies, your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones. 1
But Bahamian men did all the craftsman and skill work on Atlantis and that project did not experience one third the problems Bah Mar is having. Most of the plumbing is having to be redone and lots of safety concerns are having to be corrected. Lot of the cosmetic work is already falling apart. Donald Trump has promised to fix the inner city communities in the US. To spend the much needed money to bring those communities up to par with the rest of the United States. Many have hopes that he will do it. When Bahamian men are employed there is little or no crime. this murder thing is something new to the Bahamas and can be stamped out by educating the young men to stop fighting against each other. people perish for the lack of knowledge.
So sad that the country has to go to elections in such a disarray. President Obama handed incoming President Donald Trump the United States on a silver platter after bringing it back from one of the greatest recessions in the country's history. Here in the Bahamas crime is out of control: murders at the highest levels ever. Unemployment is still double digits, corruption is the order of the day. The national debt is scary and the dump fire has impacted the lives of almost everyone on New Providence. Many residents are still fighting to recover from the last two hurricanes and despite the four financial downgrades most Bahamians remain optimistic. Their spirits have not been broken. They are a resilient people, even with no corn beef for the next several months. And even after this election is over and done with they will go back to work, regardless of who wins. These Bahamians will keep hope in their hearts and pray for a brighter day.
In the USA they call it "The Missing Black Men Syndrome," where over one million black men have gone missing in the last decade. Missing in the sense that black women now out number black men by over one million in the US. These men have been murdered, put in jail or otherwise separated from family and society. But this is not only in the United States but in the Bahamas and The Caribbean. It is not by accident but by design and the time has come for all leaders of Caribbean nations to come together and decide the best way to deal with this problem, to preserve our young men and protect the future generations and the future of this country. The leaders in the Bahamas followed the foreign influence calling our young men, lazy and criminals, and violent and not wanting to work. Yes they help cast them out of society and to the dogs whilst allowing the foreign worker and entrepreneur to come in and replace them. It is time to restore the Bahamian male to his rightful place in this country else the future of the country is doomed.
It is called price and product manipulation. They put fear in you to not eat one or more products and so you buy a substitute product. Then the price of the substitute product shoots thru the roof. So when you go back to buy the original product it is either not available or it's price has double. Just watch the price of corn beef when it comes back on the market...if it does. Who remembers when they burned the whole entire citrus farm in Abaco, claiming it was infected with canker. They burned acres and acres of citrus trees. now when you go in the food store you cannot find limes with seeds, everything is seedless. Then check the price of gas. When oil was $150.00 a barrel gas was $4.68 or so. Then the price of oil came down to $50.00 a barrel. Gas came down for a short while but it is almost back to what it was when oil was $150.00. The same with electricity. The light bills have gone back up to $150 oil prices but guess what. the Bunker C they use is not oil, it is actually sludge or what is left over when oil is refined. So while you worry about the fumes from the dump fire, BEC may be burning an even more toxic substance.
It is not just Jubilee Gardens being affected by the fire. Once draft falls at night it brings the smoke down to the atmosphere and it blankets the homes in most of the island. By the time most people wake up around 8-9 a.m. the sun has burned the smoke off. So in short many people be inhaling the toxic smoke all night and don't know it.
"Don't be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed--the one who brings destruction." Thessalonians 2:3
Did y'all hear that when Bah Mar opens fully, it will give every adult Bahamian man and woman a free weekend at the resort, meals and gaming chips and a full body massage included? Ok so if you don't believe me, why are you listening to Fritz-gerrymander?
Sometimes you have to try find the motive behind these actions and not take everything at face value. When the Olympics was scheduled for Brazil, there was a worldwide campaign about the Zika virus. It was on every major network about the babies being born with small heads in Brazil and every other day there was some story about the dangers of travelling to Brazil, especially women of child bearing ages. There were the talks of Zika being sexually transmitted and a call for athletes to boycott the Olympics. Needles to say, the scare tactics had their desired impact as for the most part Brazil was a ghost town for most of the Olympics and many of the events were scantily attended. Then after the Olympics were over the stories about Zika disappeared, well except for now and then on the local news. Then now this about a ban on Brazilian meat and poultry. Then China recently(last year) rejected tonnes of beef coming from the US because it found the feed contained GMO products and other countries beef coming from china because they discovered the beef was not really beef but pork that had been dyed and had artificial flavors added. Then the swimming pigs met an untimely death. Some say it was tainted food, some say it was the consumption of too much alcohol and others say it was due to consuming too much sale 9water) because they didnt have any fresh water. So if you ain't prepared to grow all your own food, you must be prepared to take certain risks. Pray first before eating anything.
A***t the scene, Chief Supt Clayton Fernander confirmed that Mr Neely was known to police and had been, "in and out of the system" prior to his death.***
Mr. Fernander you sound sick and need to stop trying to justify you and and your police force not doing your jobs and stopping these murders. In other words you are essentially saying the man (Mr. Neely) may as well have been killed while breaking in someone's house or robbing a store, rather than being killed on a legitimate job making an honest days pay. "Because once he is known to us, that's how we look at him." Did this man not pay penalty for the crimes he committed or was he a fugitive from justice when he was gunned down under the brightness of the sun? Does over Six Hundred murders in 5 years (Eleven Hundred in 10 years) not bother you? Do you not sometimes think that maybe some of that blood is also on your hands? Do you even sleep at night or has your conscience rubbed smooth?
