John says...

Despite these unfortunate incidents crime appears to be well on the decline. In fact one would go as far to say that the country may record less than 100 murders this year. Police must continue their swift and decisive response to crime, the courts must continue to give heavy sentences to serious crimes, including armed robbery, rapes and murder. And parents and every law abiding citizen must do their part to ensure that the youth, young men especially, continue on the path to positive activities and to becoming productive and law abiding citizens. Quash that gang activity for good and the violent, gun toting nature that is is imported behavior and is not the nature of true born Bahamians. Then maybe by next month there could come a serious suggestion for the police force. Maybe more than one suggestion.

John says...

""Furthermore, you shall select out of all the people able men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain; and you shall place these over them as leaders of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties and of tens.Exodus 18:21. "The LORD said to Samuel, "Listen to the voice of the people in regard to all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from being king over them."1samuel 8:7 A government should represent God among the people.

John says...

> "Childish leaders oppress my people,
> and women rule over them. O my people,
> your leaders mislead you; they send
> you down the wrong road."

Isiah 3:12
When all else fails turn to the bible. And as the bible says : We see evidence of this not only in Bahamian politics but many countries around the world, where leaders behave like spoiled little children. They throw tantrums if they cant have their way and they concern themselves with small minute things rather than focusing on real, world problems."*As a leader, there are times in which someone who looks like an adult does not act their age. On occasion, a man acts like a child.

We see it:

at home when a husband refuses to live by his vows and acts like he is 18
at work when someone doesn’t get his way and yells and screams like child
at the ball field when a coach loses perspective at a child’s game and rants at an umpire
It can happen to any of us in a situation. We can lose our bearings, forget our surroundings, and act like a child.

It happens to others more regularly, they don’t get their way and struggle to respond like an adult.

It happens to some in all situations because they lack the emotional ability to see how their actions influence others. As a three year-old cannot fully understand how their tantrum makes their mom feel, some people do not have the capability to see the pain they inflict on others.* "Kevin Thompson. ***and also women will rule over them***. This here is not necessarily refering to femal leaders but to leaders who act like women and yes they can be male or female. One minute they are acting big, and strong and powerful and boastful, then the next minute they become emotional and wimpish and pitiful and wanting pity and attention. Ok using Loretta Butler, for example. One minute she is proudly and boistrously claiming to be a stronger leader than Hubert Minnis and challenging him for leadership of the FNM, but when she realizes she cannot neat Mr. Minnis, she becomes a teary eyed school girl and makes all sorts of accusations about Minnis. And yes many male leaders act the same way. They display the emotions and behavior of a woman jsut to get their way. And so many in the electorate fall for it. The danger in this is that when leaders tend to act on emotion, they make decisions based on emotion. This can be a dangerous thing. Very Dangerous. ***"your leaders mislead you. they send you down the road."*** Many people do not know what the constitutional referendum was about. They don't know why the government pushed so hard for them to vote for it,(mislead) and threw tantrums (childish) and emotions (acting like women) after it was defeated. Were they being lead down the wrong road and being led astray?

John says...

Do you know the Zika virus is listed as s sexually transmitted disease and has been around for almost 70 years? Do you know this virus is distributed by two companies, one in the US and the other in the UK? And guess who owns the patent for the Zika virus? The Rockefeller Foundation. Meaning if anyone develops and cures, vaccines or treatment for this virus or develops any strains or mutations of Zika, it all belongs to the Rockefeller Foundation.

On Davis sidesteps leadership question

John says...

Maybe Davis doesn't want to get what Loretta got. Or some feel maybe Brave Davis stand a greater chance than many of unseating Perry Christie as leader of the PLP. And since, by his own admission Perry Christie wants another term, they will not allow this race to happen. That means that Brave Davis must wait for another lap around the political track (four years at least?) even before he can wry to become leader of the party, then he must then do battle to become prime minister. So while he tries to appease Perry Christie and his faction, his political clock is ticking away.

What should this country expect when our athletes, officials and fans return from Brazil? any special measures to be taken. Some countries are advising their female athletes and participants to abstain from sex for at least three months to avoid the risk of getting pregnant and having a deformed baby. Some of the symptoms of Zika are so mild many persons will not know when they have the virus.

John says...

Ok so it was Peet with the stash of U$? Well suppose the delegates decide to vote for Alfred Sears "just for the hell of it" and unintentionally unseat PGC as leader of the PLP... Think that will make a shocking news day? Or maybe it will not get to the public before they have a recount and fix it.

John says...

Perry Christie was brought up in a Christian home and in the fear of God. He know what happens when men become proud and boastful and out of the favor of God. He knows what has to be done to get Bah Mar open but he he decided to bow down to strange gods and forsake his own. Go to his most trusted spiritual advisors, and that doesn't mean political cronies
