Got my October light bill, and there is a significant decrease in the fuel surcharge. There may not be too much difference in the overall bill if you still burning a/c because October and November have been extra hot this year, but like your DPM says. The fuel surcharge has gone down.

And as you can see nothing substantial was done to stem the killings and as you can see the incidence of murder continues to increase. If fact if no strong and descisive measures are taken, this country will be recording around 179 murders next year. There are just too many people getting away with killing someone,at least for a good while. Less persons will go before the courts for committing murder this year than the number that committed the crime and are still free.this is one of the main things that needs to be fixed
