So...ummm..err when these persons get killed, gunned down or otherwise...do they use these monitoring bracelets on some one else?. What about when the person dies of a disease or a body is found somewhere in a severe state of decomposition?
Is the illegal Haitian problem the Bahamian Trojan Horse? Will Bahamians wakevup one morning and find the Haitian flag flying in Rawson Square and Haitians declaring they are now in the majority and have thereby taken possession of our beloved Bahama Land. We need to bring this problem to resolve.
Shootings are up, so is rape and other crimes of violence. This can be directly related to the deepening of hard times for many Bahamians/residents. You should also factor in several more reasons. Many students who left school in May/June are now becoming discouraged and angry and maybe even desperate as they have spent almost half a year searching for but not being able to find employment. Also the destruction of shanty towns around New Providence, especially has not only displaced many persons and taken away everything they called home, but it has made many lose hope and become angry. There may not be an easy way to destroy everything a person has to call home and yes it will result in long term emotional trauma. In future government officials must not allow these shanty towns to grow up and develop, giving the residents a false sense of security then having to come in and uproot them and tear the shanties down. The feelings expressed by the young man on Saturday represents many of the hundreds who saw the place they called home destroyed The political climate in the country too, is not adding any degrees of comfort as there there are not only battles between parties but fights and feuds within parties. Everybody is doing battle.
Yesterday John Bain claimed that the PHA was trying to discredit him and his accounting firm. Today John Bain labels the lawsuit brought against him and his company by BDNA as 'frivolous". Shouldn't John Bain have gotten legal advice by now that says something like "shut up" and allow the law to take its course.
Anytime you go against the word of God you will have problems. God made man to have dominion over the earth and everything that dwelleth therein, and he made woman to be his helpmate and companion. There is no record of Adam beating or abusing Eve. Even when she was beguiled by the serpent and made to eat the forbidden fruit Adam stood by her and 'he to did eat of the fruit". It wasn't until God came to Adam and ask him what he had done did he try to distance himself from the woman: "this woman that thou givest me, she bid me eat (the fruit) and I did eat." The woman, at that time, did not have the authority to speak to God, so she remained silent. Ask any woman today if they want a soft and weak man for a husband. A strong and virtuous woman makes a man even stronger.
So what was all the hoopla about? find out whilst I sleep! And if you need to hire an accounting firm to help :hey John!" (Bain that is!) he ainn ger be too busy after this episode

Actually you were looking in the mirror at your own shortcomings. A real man never has to abuse a woman to assume his role.
