A known thug who lived by violence and died by violence. Does anyone really think this a surprise? Law abiding Bahamian citizens are prevented from taking measures to protect themselves and their property, while thugs run the streets apparently without any regard to the consequences.
Police thugs out on the street doing what comes naturally to them. The "code of the west" comes into play........police feel empowered to act like thugs because they know they can get cover by their brothers with a badge and a gun.
The lack of consistent basic services such as; fire and rescue services, safe and reliable electrical grid, reliable water and sewer systems, modern healthcare facilities, and up to date transportation facilities, raises serious questions about the feasibility of such a project.
It is difficult to envision such a proposal when we struggle to provide and maintain the basics currently.
