Not the workers - it's the equipment. Buying old generators from Yugoslavia and such places for $20M that are worth $3M. Remember the investigation that found that old guy at fault but his health was so bad he could not stand trial. Then the investigation sort of disappeared from there. As for Vaughn being virtually unheard of - most MPs are unheard of. They go into a cave for 5 years (in Ragged Island? LOL) and wait for re-election time to show up with chicken and beer aplenty. Many persons will be willing to entertain the idea at this time with the economic crisis - but as soon as things turn around and money is flowing, they will return the focus to the St. George and Hayward families being white and "foreign".
