I would expect the PLP to be most concerned about graveyards since they are an old dead party and will be needing one very soon. Better make it gats nice flowers dem.
No sir. The end result will be a win by the COI and our use of our natural resources, and proper financial management (lack of "missing" money) to pay down our debt and make continuous improvements to the economy.
Bahamians have had enough of the FNM and PLP - and that fact will be perfectly clear on election day.
Mr. Seymour, you are expecting too much. Everybody knows that nothing can be done in 5 years or even 4 - the time is too short. I myself, for example, have been working at a local hardware for the past 4 years. I was hired to put out paint on the shelves. Thankfully the boss has other workers and his family does some volunteer work on the weekends - because so far I have not put out a single can.
He asked me the other day "Why haven't you put out any paint in the past four years? I should fire you !!!" I told him, "Sir, there simply has not been enough time."
Thankfully, he was content with that answer and told me not to worry about my job security.
Not this time Tal. Nobody worrying about whether their vote causes PLP or FNM to win - because it don't matter which one of them win. Thankfully, neither will win, and we will all soon benefit from a new COI government.
Mr. Laroda, the Bahamian people have woken up and are prepared for the "black out." One week to go for the new COI government. Bahamians are tired of corruption, high taxes, broken schools, terrible jobs, and every other problem in this country that we have had for decades.
This is a well written article which, in my opinion, does a good job of discouraging people from voting, for them to stay home and allow the FNM to maintain power - or (perhaps worse) - to allow the 4 seat people to win.
Yes, taxes will go UP significantly if either the FNM or PLP win the election. Bahamians love paying high taxes though, they done use, so they will vote for them. I know a guy in Nassau living in his car who is planning to vote for the FNM. I don't know why these parties even spend money on signs and stuff, they already got the people trained. Take that money and use it for lavish international trips.
