This is why the crime situation will never change. We rather rub the hand of the killer rather than give them a suitable punishment for their crimes. Kill 20 spend 5 years max, come back out kill 20 more. It won't change until it hits home for some.

I said it years ago, there will come a time when they will be no need for a teller or even bank reps. Banking is one its way out, as far as person to person, they want the cheap options of technology, less payroll more income.
It is sad, but explain to me why will tourist walk through a market where all are selling the same products, and everyone is fighting for a sale. The straw market needs to be revamped, new ideas and a new system. If you have things to attract, then you won't have to stress about the sales.
