I don't say much, but we have no idea what we are in for. There is no aggression like Chinese Aggression, and no there was not one Bahamian sitting at the round table who could have taken one of the chinese on. This is what they do..... all over the world. I know these people and you have to be independent, aggressive, smart and strong to deal with them. Heaven help us all.

Please allow me to say that not only Bahamians live in Nassau, not all Bahamians are nasty. I have seen expat residents and tourist alike 'dump' . Yes the place is filthy, but, but all residents should be addressed as not only Bahamians are responsible for the nasty state of the city

We all know who got paid.... handsomely; rest assured! Some of the persons in charge are just mere opportunist. Check their track record over the years.. I was so surprised and disappointed to see who held the purse!! Perhaps if there was less pilfering....the workers could have been paid.

Seriously, how uncivilized have Bahamians become and surly, no one is doing anything about this culture of killing that has overtaken society. What in the world is happening? When will it stop?

Sorry, I got to respond to this. Bahamians are not the only nasty people littering. I have had the opportunity to admonish several persons littering on our beaches. They all had different hues and colours but when then rowed me back they had accents that were not Bahamians. Its not only Bahamians that are nasty and litter our land!!! Unfortunately, Bahamians bring down their own so much and so do the foreigners who are just as guilty.

Seriously? Seriously? My heart continues to break with what our PM is employing. Do you al remember who was escorted of the bank premises by police for ????? This person under the PLP was also given a job at a Quasi governmental corporation where his suits were cleaned, by the government, expensive lunches were hosted for friends.. Please, Please and what went on at Bahamasair? Now we have the gall to have the same person in charge of what? Am so done with the PLP and as for the FNM, a greedy cobbler who butchers women should not be our PM either. In that same FNM party are so many people who abused the system, like faking trips to go see their kids in college and the likes. They are all corrupt. Peter is no better than Paul. I want to say that I respect the leader of the PLP much more than the Leader of the FNM but, but the former makes awfully bad decision and I dont think the latter knows how to make a decision. Finally, I would like to hear from Birdie, I do agree with many of the things she say..but would love to hear her take on this...

There is not one thing that I could add here. You guys have eloquently spoken!! But what is scary, is that the truth too has been spoken and therefore The Bahamas is in a sad sad state because this means that the PLP will get back in office. Am shedding tears already.
