I think that Pinocchio and AMG were blindsided by CEXIM Bank. How the Supreme Court managed this one is anybody's guess but I think they are the epitome of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Why does anyone wonder that we are all going to hell in a hand-basket.
We need to take a page out of Singapore's book and criminalize corruption in any form, public or private sectors, big deals to lunch money, and hang drug dealers as well as murderers. Those sentences also have to disallow appeal to the Privy Council and therefore the Constitution will probably have to be changed. But who would argue with that ? You want to fix the problem or live with it in perpetuity ?.
You'll go far and wide to find a virgin in this country. Ain't anybody pure so what you worrying about. You know 38 people who got a squeaky clean record in the Bahamas ?
That is sure going to put a damper on the discretionary spending of this Government. No doubt the family friends and lovers will get the nod on all contracts and be in a position to repay the favour by early 2017.
Excellent article ( as usual ) I smell a rat with the AMMC fundraiser and sharing proceeds with those groups that can bring people to spend money. No promises of accountability and just looks like a Government operation.
