Our Bahamian pastors, for the most part are uneducated, unthinking, and political opportunists.
Sadly, they influence and further degrade our struggling country.
Our religious leaders in The Bahamas are a joke.
The Christian Council is more a group of uneducated thugs with little to no understanding of Christianity as taught by true scholars.
The idea that The Bahamas is a Christian nation is a cruel joke.
These jerks have had way too much sway in leading this country astray.
These pastors are no different than anyone else with an opinion and should be treated as such.

These are our smartest people?
As if, there is no financial crisis in The Bahamas already.
Where do these people live and work, and play that they are so removed from the financial debacle most Bahamians are experiencing NOW?
As I have said before, these people do not give a damn about human beings.
They are schooled in a dog eat dog worldview where only those gifted. like they are, have a right to relax and enjoy God's bounty.
A sad state, lead by those whom we consider smart.
And, we listen when they call themselves Christians.

A Country for Sale.
Look it up.

The banking business is a scam.
From top to bottom.
Our banks, all banks have but one thing as their goal.
More money for them, and less for everyone else.
How is their sordid history not front and centre in every discussion?
Bankers work with each other to protect and enrich themselves.
Banking should be a public service.
No profit should be in banking.
Nobody should ever become rich by being a banker.
Obviously, we should throw away our bibles if we're not going to read them.
Jesus over-turned tables in the temple.
Whose were they?
Our worship of money knows no bounds.

Porcupine says...

We need a diversion from the realities that our country is failing on every other metric.

Porcupine says...

You are correct regarding the madness.
Unfortunately, I believe we have already entered a failed-state status with little hope for the next few generations.
This wasn't madness, it was self induced ignorance.
From the highest office and professions to the newspaper seller on the street, we have managed to become unable to think ourselves out of a wet paper bag.
Don't worry MB, few listen to me either.

A few questions.
When the airport is busy, why isn't each immigration booth filled by an employee?
Why isn't there a US official in charge, front and center apologizing for the excessive wait time and promising to do better?
Do they care at all?
They do get paid for doing a job, correct?
Why do we accept such poor, poor service?
In a fair and competitive business world these people would be out on their asses, collecting unemployment.
Starting at the top.

Porcupine says...

Unfortunately, these politicians are more stupid than we thought them to be.
Simple logic and critical thinking are beyond the intellectual capacity and training of someone like Mr. Munroe.
He is clueless and should be nowhere near public policy matters.

Porcupine says...

They are quiet because they know they are on the side of ignorance, hypocrisy and evil.

Porcupine says...

Why do we persist in electing and appointing idiots to positions of power in this country.
A man like Munroe should have no voice among decent, educated people. Period.
Thank you Ms. Wallace for speaking up.
What the hell is happening in this backwards country we call The Bahamas?
My God!
