Can't wait for the story. Only cause of the happy ending.

Merely a wake up call for what has been obvious.
Trump cares about Trump. Not the US or anyone else.
He cares about Trump. Full stop.
Those who support Trump are intellectually and morally lost.
Yes, it is that simple.

Life will get increasingly difficult for Bahamians. We cannot print money like the US. As they say, "the music has stopped". Now what?
The entire global economy has been shocked. Those at the bottom, will suffer the most, as they usually do. However, the chances for untold social upheaval is knocking on the door. How we channel this justified rage will determine the world of the future. I hope it is one radically different from the one we have now, and more equitable in every manner.

Sad. Unecessary. Creating the exact conditions we were trying to prevent. Too many sick people too close to all of the well ones. The making of a national catastrophe.

Many of us agree here on Andros.
As well, the fishing boats are coming and going. If one has the virus on one of these boats, likely many have it.

Can't argue this one. We could have developed, and now should, a lower impact stay over tourism market that promotes Bahamian ownership, Bahamian culture, and the wondrous Bahamian environment. Cruise ships destroy our country and offer little in return. I'd be happy never to see them to return.

The citizens of the US , along with most of the industrial world, are deluded in thinking their interests are anywhere on the radar for the world's politicians. Not one gives a shit about the people. Neither here in The Bahamas, or anywhere else. Jaded? Perhaps, but I spend a great deal of time researching this topic. People, as in the vast majority of the world's 7.8 billion people, have no say, no voice whatsoever in what decisions are made on their behalf. This article is an ignorant joke with not one iota of concern for the :people" If you are not a multi-millionaire or a billionaire, you have no say in democratic institutions in the world today. The rich and corporations now own all governments.
