This is absolutely incorrect. Whether Smith knows that or not probably would depend on which headline he is seeking to grab in any given news week.
Does the public really need to be asked what should be done when a law is not followed? Appropriately amend the Act to give it actual teeth and then do what The Bahamas seems morbidly averse to - enforce the law on the books without fear or favor.

The contract with Renew was never tabled, and instead of the Opposition chasing windmills regarding who signed a supposed Letter of Intent that also has never been seen, it should have hammered into the matter of the contract through the most powerful Committee of Parliament which during this Session is chaired by the Opposition. But that of course would mean the Opposition actually knows what to do and how to do and actually has the political will to do it. Moving on...
Funny how people keep claiming God doesn't like ugly while at the same time continuing to claim that He keeps making it. After all these eons, I'd think that if He really didn't like it, He's stop making what He doesn't like!
