If the jet was owned by a U.S. LLC and Dr. Munroe or another official of BFM "checked the box" for U.S. income tax purposes whereby the corporate veil is effectively lifted, then everything (all liabilities) simply flow through to the foreign (non-U.S.) beneficial owner of the U.S. LLC.

Too late though for Christie to find any principled advisers....the damage done to him by Sean McWeeney and others like him is irreparable. Those who think they can so easily and deviously manipulate the masses for their own benefit typically end up getting what they deserve in life and after.....

Now Christie will be coy and tell you that he said nothing about BEC in his mid-year budget speech because he is (was) on the verge of making a public announcement about the government's new partnership with a foreign private sector enterprise for the transformation and ongoing running and management of BEC. What a joke! Anyone who does an ounce of due diligence on the foreign private sector enterprise selected by Christie and his government (or should I say Brave Davis) will quickly come to the conclusion that the Bahamas is indeed in very deep trouble.

Let's just start with the $27 million plus that Leslie Miller and entities/individuals closely related to him supposedly received from Bank of The Bahamas and never repaid!

And what about BOB's duplicitous incompetent imbecile Chairman, Richard Demeritte? He's a worthless sod that should have never been appointed Chairman of BOB by Christie and Christie knows it! Demeritte too, needs to be put out to pasture asap otherwise BOB may as well shut its doors.

Correspondence from CBB/Wendy Craigg to BOB/McWeeney clearly shows CBB has already accused (and demonstrated beyond reasonable doubt) that BOB's management team prepared materially misstated financial statements for the last three years. The fact that Ernst & Young (E&Y), as BOB's external auditors, failed to detect and mention the material misstatements in their audit reports is a separate matter for which E&Y itself should be held accountable by CBB and the stakeholders in BOB.
