Whether it be Perry "Vomit" Christie or Hubert "Hubiggity" Ingraham, the voters of this country are getting what they fully deserve: persecution to the Nth degree! The wannabe have lots are soon to find out that even their ill-gotten accumulated wealth is about to take a serious hit that sends them back to whence they came!!
Dick Coulson fails to point out that the cafes and other establishments illegally selling numbers need to be put out of business for good and replaced with a National Lottery where the humongous ticket sales less the much much smaller winner payouts can be used to pay down our National debt rather than end up in the pockets of hoodlum numbers bosses engaged in blatant money laundering activities. The public has had enough laughter watching these hoodlums diligently try portray themselves as saints through ill advised publicity campaigns of one kind or other. The fact that the Broadcasting Corp of The Bahamas, The Tribune, The Nassau Guardian, etc. are all taking illegally made money from these aggrandizing hoods makes them all participants in money laundering activities.
Typical dimwit politician......the tax amount going to Public Treasury pales in comparison to the environmental risk associated with lightering which she conveniently says absolutely nothing about. Who are the brain dead constituents that put this lady in parliament?
The IDB, IMF and World Bank are all hell bent on causing the destabilization of our country for the benefit of the developed countries, in particular the USA. These "pro-big government" organizations insidiously get our governments (both PLP and FNM) hooked on debt, especially foreign borrowings, in order to gain greater say and control over our country's internal and foreign affairs. We need to get them out of our affairs as they in no way have the well being of our country as an objective; in fact the opposite is true!
This fella Smith would have us believe he bears no responsibility for the failed government policies that have put our country in a dire financial predicament; yet he has been the "Minister of State for Finance" under three Christie Administrations. When has he ever pressed really hard for the PLP government to tighten its belt by shrinking the grossly over bloated public sector? This guy just wants bigger government, more government employee entitlements and increased governments handouts all on the over burdened and nearly broke back bone of the private sector. How can anyone believe anything coming from Smith's lips!
