Thompson, until you're ready to enforce the laws against the likes of Wendell Jones and Sir Snake, stop talking your warning hog wash to the rest of us. You don't get to decide, simply because you want to keep your job, who should and who should not pay national insurance contributions owed to NIB. Treat everyone equally or shut up. And if you don't have the gonads to treat everyone equally, then just resign!

SP, try as you may to rewrite Bahamian history or confuse others with your own (no doubt) racial emotions and muddled views born from a weak mind vulnerable to propaganda, the facts shall always remain the facts. You remind me of Fwreddy Boy and his persistent efforts to distort Bahamian history.

To Grassroot: You would be as happy as Christie too if your doctor significantly upped the dosage of your "happy" pills! Christie is so drugged up these days that it's small wonder he can't think straight!!

Ergo, the holding tanks at the gas station are for all intents and purposes an extended part of the distribution system of the distributor of the gasoline product. The technical expertise for maintaining the holding tanks and complying with any relevant safety standards should remain with the distributor of the product which raises a number of interesting questions as to who should properly have the insurable risks associated with the holding tanks.

Halkitis is a bungling idiot.....note how he carefully avoids mentioning the word "net". The gross figure of $500 million he quotes is also grossly inflated to begin with. And add to this the fact that many Bahamian businesses are now finding it increasingly difficult to get back from government the VAT refunds they are entitled to receive.

Carter is and has always been a racist at his core. You only need listen to some of his remarks about the D'Arcy Ryan case in his early days as a broadcaster on ZNS TV to know the depth of the ill-will he harbors towards those he views as either white foreigners or white Bahamians. As for the others mentioned, oh well, let's just say the Queen certainly played no role in handing out the so called "honours". Can you imagine having to say: "Sir Snake"!

Sir Mikey sounds like one of those "all for me and my friends" lawyers/judges who is willing to use his legal talents to pick winners and losers regardless of the letter of the law or justice...GTC should have never taken him back as consulting counsel or otherwise!

Wake up "banker". Like the governance apparatus of PLP, the governance apparatus of the FNM as presently constituted could not care less about democratic processes of any kind. "proudloudandfnm" is absolutely right about Minnis. As much as we need to get rid of brain dead Christie and his corrupt band of minions, we can ill afford as a country to have a tyrant with an uncontrollable temper, obvious racist tendencies and inability to determine right from wrong become PM. All of us need to do whatever we can to ensure Minnis is forced to relinquish his current FNM leadership role. A serious mistake was made in allowing him to ascend in the FNM and it must be rectified. Minnis must be sidelined or the voters will see to it that the FNM is obliterated for all time to come when they go to the polls in the next general election! At some point the FNM party must start asking why it is receiving little to no meaningful financial support.

And just how many of us darker Bahamians do you think can afford a boat to take our young children to Cabbage Beach only to be harassed by hotel security personnel the moment we step foot above the high tide mark?
