...the upside is we are finally in the top 10 of something. The downside it is the nation's average IQ is probably in the bottom 10. Nothing like culture!!!!
Kerzner no longer has his 5 star contractor Jim Boocher to complete Bahamar due to the latter's passing some years back. I would trust he would have performance bonds in place to insure the Chinese complete the job on time, professionally and on budget. Surprising there were no performance bonds in place to begin with.
Minnis now needs to oust Butler from Long Island. Ingraham gave her the safe seat as she wore out her welcome in Montague and did not have the financing that Lightbourne had to secure victory. Long Island was a gift, not earned. Minnis needs to get a real Long Islander to represent his party in the next general elections and get the opportunistic, carpetbagger out.
Same mentality as the bleach shipments skyrocketing to Long Island at the start of the crawfish season. Screw the environment as long as its expedient!
Nothing like the old south Long Island "victimization, poor me" diatribe. You can thank Yuma Power for not getting power in the south at the same time as the north. As to the packing house issue, what a wonderful way to spoil one of the most scenic sports in The Bahamas, Clarence Town by sticking an industrial packing house on the bay. All that bush near docks and they put it on the beach. Bravo Tennyson Wells. Think he would put a packing house on his development on the old Bacardi site. I don't know what is worse, the arrogance or just the ignorance! BTW, fact check the length of Long Island before erroneously stating distances from point A to B.
