Every time the government changes one of the very first initiatives of the newly elected government is to throw $100M to BEC for power upgrades. Then comes the promise of no power cuts for the upcoming summer season.

This shuffle, bob & weave routine is always followed by power cuts, brownouts, and blackouts throughout the summer months with absolutely no account of what happened to taxpayers $100M!

The FNM and PLP take us for fools. However, let me remind them, he who laughs last, laughs best.

Illegal Haitians will not register for tent city dwellings out of fear of deportation. They will relocate shanty towns in Abaco and Freeport, and disappear in Nassau shanty towns, turning back to crime for survival and cause havoc in the capital city the likes that have never been seen!

The FNM and PLP are 100% responsible for this illegal Haitian mess and the coming onslaught crime wave that will shock the nation in the short term.

I never agreed with Brave "sticky fingers" Davis before, but I wholeheartedly agree with him at least in the instance regarding Algernon Cargill.

Cargill is tainted top to bottom and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near any government financial responsibility after his NIB fiasco!

The FNM and PLP are well known for placing questionable individuals in positions that allow them to re-offend.

SP says...

The PLP and FNM are 100% responsible for the loss of lives by allowing these people to develop these substandard communities!

SP says...

Trump has it right! Illegals are not just "foreigners in our country", they are lawbreakers from day one, everything they do for survival is also illegal, and should they be treated as such!

Nassau is already facing an acute unemployment issue and simply cannot afford to absorb thousands of illegal migrants.

Anyone with half a brain knew this situation was inevitable, it was a totally preventable disaster just waiting to happen. Unfortunately, the PLP and FNM are incapable of seeing beyond the tips of their shoes.

We better come up with **two new political parties** fast, or we can kiss the Bahamas as we know and love it goodbye!

We just can't get a break! From Pindling to Ingraham, to Christie and now to Minnis, every prime minister to date has catered to Haitians at the expense of Bahamians.

Now we are totally inundated with illegals in Nassau who we all know will not find employment and will have to turn to crime for survival.

The PLP and FNM created this mess against the wishes of the electorate. It is about time we demand our voices are heard before the PLP and FNM finish destroying what's left of our country!

Where is the Peoples Movement?

Strictly from a businessman point of view, donated goods not properly channeled through NEMA should be quickly, and automatically channeled through to government-authorized organizations for identification and assignment for delivery to localized distributors in areas of need.

There is no acceptable reason for any confusion or delays!

NEMA should be focusing on simply "further forwarding" donated goods to recognized organizations on the ground with administrative and distribution ability to get donated goods to people in need.

SP says...

Blah, blah, blah, blah, all for naught! PM Minnis has stupidly allowed himself to be dragged into the pit of assholeness with wholesale rejected Hubert Ingraham and Perry Christie!

Bahamians unceremoniously dumped Hubert Ingraham and Perry Christie for their asinine stupidity, collaborative corruption, and obvious lack of concern for the well being of average Bahamians, so why the hell is PM Minnis wasting time talking to these two useless has-beens that are responsible for "leading" the country to a $8B debt, and into the ditch???

Only in the Bahamas would these two clowns be called "heroes" for destroying a nation!

SP says...

Hubert Ingraham will be Hubert Ingraham, period! "Trusting" him or expecting anything more of him is totally unrealistic.
