How many qualified bank employed individuals were laid off over the last 10 years? What university students and/or graduates are foolish enough to waste time working in the volatile, unstable, bank or hotel industry?
Blah, blah, blah, these people still take us for fools. Getting rid of the 40 residents is a drop in the bucket that will make no appreciable change in the hospital. No mention that the hospital is overrun with illegals and has been for decades!
Deal with the dam illegals that come here for free healthcare, dropping babies like maggots, demanding free education, remaining in the country taking jobs, and demanding citizenship!
Our country is well on the way to financial collapses and Haiti status and the powers that be still refuse to acknowledge the real issues of illegals and blue-collar work permit holders causing our demise.
The only surprise here is that it didn't happen sooner. This is an inevitable catastrophe that should be taken as a warning for bigger things to come!
What happens to these displaced people? Who pays to support, house, feed, medical and secure them? **NOT ME!!!!** Most Bahamians are living hand to mouth and struggling to make ends meet.
What happens when a major disease outbreak, CAT 5 hurricane, or larger fires stricks? Who pays, and how will an already financially crippled Bahamas deal with thousands of displaced illegals?
The Bahamas should call on Fred Smith, humanitarian advocates, and the U.N. now and DEMAND financial assistance for "all their people"!
Let's see if Fred will "walk the walk" to back up his "talk the talk".

25,000 illegals? That has to be a miss count of at least 60,000! These people are a drain on the country and will drag us down to Haiti status if not deported.
