110% agree! There is an incredible pent-up demand in the States to travel. We took our kids to Cancun & Cozumel over Christmas/New Years for a 10-day trip. It was super easy and we felt safe the entire time. Many of my neighbors, co-workers, family members, etc are now talking about going on a vacation. The Bahamas must remove the barriers and/or make it easier for visitors to visit. Or, they will miss the opportunity!!!!!

Yes, more legal immigration would be ideal. And it should be promoted... in a big way. However, with that said, I'm also not scared or worried about illegal immigration. We've had illegal immigration here since day one.

I'm not sure why you are so worried or scared? I'm not scared one bit that they "might be indoctrinated to hate me." That is 100% pure propaganda from far right wing nut jobs. I don't base decisions off emotions, instead use logic and intelligence.

Again, the vast majority coming here simply want a job, a place to live that is safe, & send their kids to school so they might have a brighter future. I'd be more than happy to have them as my co-worker, neighbor, member of my church, friend, etc.

As a white republican male, let me say this... we need MORE immigration, not less. America is the Melting Pot of the World. The more variety -- the better. America is the beacon of freedom for the entire planet. The vast majority of folks that come to America come here to work, live in peace, and make something of themselves.

110% agree. How on Earth could they NOT consult medical professionals? That would have been the very FIRST person they should have consulted back on day one. This entire mess started as a Medical issue. The lack of intelligence from this Administration has no limits.

Well, the way we as humans are trashing and polluting this planet... some population control might not be a bad thing. I'm sure the environment, the animals, the oceans, etc would really appreciate it and start to heal itself if a sizeable portion of the human population was eliminated. Just a thought to consider!!

Yes, black people killing black people is horrible. Yes, white people killing white people is also bad. But none of those murders have anything to do with racism. Those murders are part of an entirely different problem and will require an entirely different solution.
What we are referring to today and with yesterday's verdict dealt 110% with racism. Again, how hard is it not to recognize that some white cops are 110% RACIST to the core. We simply want cops to be non-biased and do their jobs with respect and equality towards all colors. Period.

It's called racism. White cop abusing his power and position over a black man. This cop had a long, long history of abusing his power -- over black citizens.

Are we not a civilized and advanced society? The overall goal of serving prison time is to be rehabilitated and reintroduced back into society after serving your punishment for breaking the law. The "punishment" is the time you spend in prison. The punishment shouldn't be living in overcrowded cells, sleeping on concrete floors, going to the bathroom in a bag, and not being allowed visits by family members -- not too mention the harassment and abuse from other guards and/or inmates.

Exactly!!! When that first ship arrives... don't even let the passengers step one foot on HI. Or, make it extremely hard for them to have a good time on HI if they do come ashore. No restaurants, no bars, no shops... nothing.
