Our country is in trouble and we aren't even putting the bare minimum of effort into improving our education system. Even if we were to start today we have at least 10 years before anyone with sense graduates and is ready for the workforce.

It's going to be difficult to reverse the harm that dozens of years of treating NIB like a slush fund has had. Buying and building office complexes to rent out to government only to not collect that rent while watching the buildings become a ruin which need to be demolished or refurbished by cronies at 3 times the market rate.

How about this... give those close to reaching retirement age some forewarning? In other words if you're going to increase the retirement age give the people/employers 2 years notice so that both sides can plan for this change? Don't just do now starting January 1.

Also, why not put in another tier of contribution amounts with additional contributions for those people making over $100k or $150k? This minor change will help to extend the life of NIB.

Interesting that everyone who knows accounting and budgeting knows that something's wrong with this financial report. Criminal Justice also means that criminals should have justice met against them. That doesn't happen very ofter here either. Murders getting bail while stealing food gets you prison time. Our whole justice system is corrupt and upside down.
I this guy fat guy complains about his prison mattress being too thin would you defend that too? Does the Geneva Convention also state that a good and comfortable nights rest should be afforded to prisoners?
