No reporting on the company that owns the truck or who the driver is? But yet they know the brakes failed? So they must have interviewed the driver to know the brakes failed but did not ask him his name or who he works for? Strange reporting.
Imagine if 8 of those passengers survived the crash but with serious injuries. I don't think any of them would have remained alive by the time they reached a major hospital.
We just aren't equipped for a small but major accident.
The Bahamas should take note of how bail works in the US. The judge looks at the evidence and then decides if bail will be granted. If the evidence is strong then NO BAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
