This is big money that is not being accounted for properly. No right thinking person would think that this lack of information and accountability is acceptable.
The biggest problem with the FNM is that they keep talking to the educated people who can grasp the significance of these issues. We hear you. We understand the corruption. Sadly the majority of voters do not. They are too hungry and too stressed wondering when and if their savings accounts will ever top $1,000.
I'm looking forward to reading the posts by the defenders of corruption. Somehow blaming Minnis and perhaps even Ingraham? Saying sit small? Or, mentioning track record?
The problem is that neither many of our readers and/or commenters know what a procedure or a policy really is. They have heard to term 'code of conduct' but don't know what it means or how to apply it to others in different settings.
Ultimately this falls on the parents to prepare their children for schooling. Speaking the language of the place you reside is YOUR responsibility - nobody else's.
If I go to China with my young children I cannot expect the school teacher to take the time to teach my child in English.
If a German speaking family comes here, they cannot expect Lyford Cay or Columbus Primary to either teach the child in German or to slow the class down so that that one child can understand.
