It's sad that people still aspire to be part of such a questionable organization. It certainly doesn't reflect well.

I'm just thankful that the PLP got us out of this mess as promised and we now have the hotel sold and renovations underway. Praise the PLP for their incredible transformation of Grand Bahama. What they have accomplished there is second to none.

Sounds to me like the groups are to blame. You can't blame an official who has no power. All he can do is tell the people to start - if the people don't start then what? He can't tell them to go home, he can't deduct points, he can only ask them again to please start.
This parade is run like government - show up when you want, dress when you want and most of all - don't mind the rules as they are for the other set of people.

Does it matter if you had cancer before you did the crime or if you are diagnosed while in prison is good enough to get out of jail? Just checking.
