Now that we acquired GP Power that subsidy will be going up as well. They had some fool on the radio the the other week saying that the new lower rate that GB will be paying won't cost the bahamian people anything. How is that possible??? Either BPL is absorbing the cost (which means the people will have to pay for it at some point) or our rates will immediately go up in order for GP to pay less. We are definitely paying for it - one way or another.

Let me tell URCA something... when these politicians claim their innocence without any proof THAT is offensive because the public at large knows better. Make the government produce audited statements for Parks & Recreation for example in order to prove that there was no graft!!! Until those statements are provided the public MUST assume that plenty money went out without services being provided. That's tiefen!!
