I can't imagine how difficult it is for parents with autistic children. Without substantial personal financial resources the journey of such a family must be overwhelming difficult.

Why it floods now is the question. Was it poor design, was it new guttering installed carelessly our without consideration for further runoff? Do the doorways need bigger overhangs?
