Street Justice is the only swift justice we get around here.

Excellent article! I'm glad I read the whole thing.
If Gov't wants to open celebrations with a prayer then... whatever. But keep it short and let that be the end of our nation's fake Christianity stance.
Let the Christians keep their marital rape and abuse, but don't subject my kids and sensible adults to such stupidity.

Sickened says...

What next after such a large celebration??? Cleaning up all the trash that our nasty undereducated citizens leave everywhere they go. Why turn everything nice into the ghetto that you supposedly want to move out of????

Sickened says...

BPL (Bahamas Periodic Light) is so useless!

Sickened says...

I very glad that nobody got shot or stabbed. With our local imbeciles they usually pull out a weapon when they get beat down like that. They were like a pack of wild dogs.
That one guy sneaking up and still getting smacked in the head. You know his gal left him after that shameful performance. LOL!

Sickened says...

How can you defend him? You know he's making you look bad as well? He's obviously cracked from the stress he's under and needs to step out of the spotlight until he is judged. He's doing harm to his reputation by strutting around pretending like he doesn't have a sword swinging over his head.

Mrs. McCoy-Minnis obviously puts males on a pedestal - which is pretty sick for a mother to do. She worried about her boys but has no compassion for women who get raped. just wow!!!

Her mom must of beaten into her the.. 'just open your legs and keep your mouth shut' old school mentality.

Can you imagine a Bahamian woman getting raped with no recourse?

God works in mysterious ways.
1. This is mandatory practice for hurricane season
2. If a big storm does come... it can't disrupt the electricity supply more than BPL already has.

On a serious note... I really feel for those residents effected. BPL should be loaning out standby generators for this sort of failure.

Absolutely correct!
