I'm pretty sure the final product will be a fairly attractive 20 bed hospital with a woefully under-powered generator and spotty air conditioning. Oh... and one mango tree to complete the landscaping.
This is true but once the squall or storm has passed you are guaranteed a signal again. Not so much with Cable or BTC after a hurricane and most likely during a hurricane. Also the business rates for the Starlink are much more attractive than the rates provided by Cable - can't comment on BTC because I am now in the process of comparing BTC.
That's a great question. That seems like a hell of a lot of money for an engineer and a quantity surveyor to look over the plans and draft their plans etc.
Shouldn't the people who specialize in electrical work for prisons be a sub-contractor... you know... to do the electrical work? Perhaps hire someone who specializes in construction to be... you know.... the lead contractor?
I would never hire a plumber to build a house. You hire a plumber to do the plumbing for the house.
We have the skill but unfortunately last night our goalie was not in form. On at least two goals (from very long range) the goalie was a spectator, just like the rest of us.
This is simply the government trying to bully the largest private employer in the country into sitting small. What will the government do if even 70% of the staff felt intimidated? Fine Atlantis? Under what law? The government would lose it's shirt if this ever went to court. All Atlantis said was that their employees should pay attention to what RCI is planning to do and if they feel strongly about it, to speak out. They never asked those people who feel strongly in a negative way to speak out. So those who thought that RCI's plan is a good thing were also encouraged to speak out.

It sounds like Government has chosen to lend BPL additional funds instead of paying their overdue bills. I would like to know why.
